What's Available?
There are three types of standard advertising available on the Job Classifieds page:
Job Banner Package
This Banner is located in the top left corner of the Job Classifieds page. It is the largest
and most prominent advertising space on the page.
The package guarantees the best position in the index of jobs at the top of the page and in
the list of jobs themselves. It also includes a Custom Web Page, which is a full-page
advertisement for your school. It contains: a graphic image (logo, photo etc); information
about your school; upto three areas for contact information, including name, telephone, fax,
mail and e-mail addresses and a link to your Internet home page; and a custom application
form to ensure that all applications are standardized and easy to screen. See Advertising

Job Tile Packages
The Job Tiles give your school a high profile on the page and the package (see the Job Banner
Package above for details) ensures cost-effective and efficient recruiting. See Advertising
Rates Table 1.
Job Classifieds
You can post your advertisement any weekday - get the details to us by 2pm and
we'll post it the next morning for one week.
Just one click on your job listing in the index of jobs at the top of the page brings the
reader to your job information. This comprises a Job Title, Job Location, Employer, Contact
Information, Pay/Benefit Details and a Job Description of up to 100 words. If you
include an e-mail address, applicants can send their resumes immediately. Or if you want to
streamline and organize your applicants, you can use the optional Custom Web Page (see the
Job Banner Package above for details). See Advertising Rates Table 2.

Job Banner and Job Tile Packages are limited. Please contact ELT News to check on availablity.
* The design fee for the Job Banner and Job Tiles apply only if the client requires
ELT News to create these files. The Custom Web Page is part of the Job Banner
and Job Tiles packages. It is optional but the design fee for it applies
regardless of whether the Client provides the graphic file. The Client provides
necessary materials (images, logos, fonts, contact information and other
text etc) for ELT News to design Banners, Tiles and the Custom Web page.
Image data should be provided in Photoshop or Illustrator compatable files.
Data can be sent on PC or Mac-formatted disk, ZIP, MO or by e-mail attachment.

Job Classifieds can be submitted at any time. Jobs are uploaded to the Jobs Page when
we receive a copy of the bank transfer statement by fax. Consumption tax is charged at the
standard 5% rate.
The 4-Ad and 12-Ad Packages are valid for 1 year from the date of payment. They can
be used at any time and in any combination during that time. For example, a 12-Ad
Package could be used to place an ad for the first week of each month for one year. Or
several ads could be placed for different jobs at the same time.
